Garry’s was recommended to me when I first moved to Boise 5 years ago, by daughter and her husband and I’ve been going ever since. Have had outstanding service at fair prices. Garry’s has bent over backward to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. He even repaired a car free of charge that I was donating to a needy mother of two. Many a time, as a 65 year old widow, I’ve gone to Garry’s to have him diagnose this or that and Garry himself came out and tweaked the problem and didn’t charge me. I trust him and appreciate the kindnesses he’s shown to me over the years. Kudos to Garry and his fine staff!

A coworker of my mother’s referred us to Garry’s Automotive, and I have only gone to them for my car repairs since. They understand your needs and your car’s needs and attend to those needs to the best of their ability–which on a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 11! I have known Garry for almost 10 Years. He has always treated me fair and honest. Garry’s is the only shop that I know of that does a Comprehensive Inspection of your Vehicle. The Comprehensive Inspection not only tells me what Maintenance may need to be done, But it also tells me the good things of my vehicle. His employees work with me to make sure that my vehicle needs and maintenance is done. The staff is a pleasure to deal with. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. The even recommended that some stuff could be done at a later date. I appreciate the fact that the shop is very clean and I do not leave dirty.

I am a very picky consumer and if the business doesn’t make me happy, I make sure everyone knows it. Garry’s has been AWESOME in their customer service and their work. My husband is a mechanic but I choose to take it to Garry’s because they are great!!!! We have a 2006 model car and it has never been serviced by the dealership because I choose to take it to Garry’s instead. We appreciate all their hard work!!!!!

I’ve been bringing my personal and business vehicles to Garry’s since they started business on South Cole (just across from the main Post Office, very near Costco). It’s been a study in great service-without exaggeration. We’ve even had an engine replaced in one work truck. Now I have them do all of my new car warranty work and regular maintenance such as oil changes. We couldn’t be happier. I’ve known Garry personally for almost 15 years (since his days at Idaho Truck Specialties) and Jared for almost a decade…no hesitation at all when recommending them.

I started going to Garry’s Automotive when they where still on Five mile Road before they moved to Cole Road Boise, Idaho. I recommend them to anyone that asks about car repairs. In fact I carry a handful of their business cards on me to hand out when asked. Recently I borrowed my son in-laws pickup to take some stuff to St George, Utah for my grandmother and just as I was about to leave town the check gages light came on. The pick-up was over heating, I stopped by Garry’s to see if they could help me and they did. They checked the truck out and made the necessary repairs and I was on the road within a couple of hours without an appointment and no problems the whole trip. Any automotive questions I have I just stop by or call and they are more than willing to answer my question. They have never done ANY unnecessary repairs to any of my vehicles. They are a great Christian Business and it shows. Keep up the good work.

I have been taking my vehicle to Garry’s Automotive for many years and am completely satisfied with the work that they do. This is an honest run business with great staff and mechanics. They are professional and truthful, if you don’t need something they won’t sell it to you. I have personally worked along side all of the staff there when Garry’s holds their annual Veteran’s Oil Change (free oil change to Veteran’s). Additionally, I attend church with Garry and know he is a reputable man. I recommend this business for all your automotive repairs
